OrthoPediatrics cannulated screws are available in multiple lengths and thread patterns, making them ideally suited for pediatric applications when treating Slipped Capital Femoral Epiphysis (SCFE), a condition which changes the structure of the hip joint. The 3.0mm, 3.5mm, 4.0mm, and 7.0mm cannulated screws are self-tapping and self-drilling and utilize threaded guide pins to fix the femoral head and allow the growth plate to close.
